Day of Caring…

On Friday, August 8th The Salvation Army was blessed to be part of the United Way Day of Caring in

Allen
County.  This year our team was unable to go out into the community, but we were truly blessed by a team that came to our facility to help.

Approximately 25 volunteers form Rea Magnet Wire Co, Inc spent their day painting walls and revitalizing the HeadStart playground.  These individuals were extremely hardworking and gracious.  We appreciate their kindness.  Thank You!

We were truly blessed to have been a participate and now a benefactor of this special annual event.

We also want to send out a thank you to all those who volunteered their time cleaning up along the river in our neighborhood.
